The Liaison for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Curaleaf will work closely with the Manager of Strategic Initiatives and be an active participant in, and driver of, the organization’s Rooted in Good Corporate Social Responsibility strategy. This person will work to support initiatives in the West region to facilitate a coordinated plan and strategic vision for executing on strategic social partnerships. The coordinator will listen thoughtfully to team members and stakeholders in implementing Rooted in Good strategic plan with measurable goals, objectives and outcomes.


Coordinate opportunities to increase awareness of and involvement in corporate responsibility efforts company wide

Collaborate with cross functional teams to create and execute strategic social partnerships

Assist with the development and execution of strategic internal and external communication plans for one or more Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives

Assists with executing departmental events, including community events, sponsored events, media events, and other special projects

Collaborate with state marketing teams to coordinate outreach initiatives


1-2 years of related experience in outreach or corporate communications role

Excellent project management skills including planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects at once

Business minded and able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

Bachelor's degree preferred

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations

Travel within assigned region approximately 20%

Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal

Willingness to learn must be flexible and open to new industry
