Summary:

The Inventory Specialist is member of our Logistics team that is responsible for order processing, packing, QA, counting and reconciliation., The Inventory Specialist will report directly to the Inventory Supervisor.

 

Responsibilities:

The Inventory Specialist tasks involve inventory and execution accuracy and compliance in all phases of the logistics cycle. These duties include but are not limited to:


Printing compliant labels for order processing

Picking and packing orders

Performing QA on orders for compliance and accuracy

Assisting with sales orders and manifest creation in the State track and trace system MJFreeway

Inventory vault counts and product check-in

Labelling product locations

Assist in performing audits/cycle counts weekly or as needed

Assist with new operations projects as needed


 

Basic Qualifications:


Experience in ERP systems and specifically Warehouse Mgmt. or other Inventory Control software systems

Skilled in working across Microsoft Office Suite with Excel expertise

Experience with MJFreeway or other seed to sale software a plus

High attention to detail and work accuracy

Must be at least 21 years of age

May not be convicted of any felony offenses pursuant to state statues and able to pass a state background check

Valid driver’s license

Ability to work evenings and weekends when required

Ability to lift up to 50 lb

Strong verbal and communication skills

Strong work ethic and able to own processes/systems, functions independently

Problem solver and team player who approaches problems and opportunities with passion and integrity


 

Education and Experience:


High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree

Expertise in Fulfilment / pick and pack
