JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking an Order Fulfillment Supervisor to join our Brookville, PA facility. The Order Fulfillment Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient and accurate fulfillment of sales orders in anticipation of their delivery. The Order Fulfillment Supervisor coordinates the selection of packaged finished goods from inventory storage for sales order preparation and transfer to logistics team for delivery, under the direction of the Order Fulfillment Manager.
Shift Schedule:4pm- 12:30am Monday- Friday
Core Job Duties
Training and onboarding leads and agents
Ensuring leads and agents are performing daily tasks correctly and efficiently
Administering coaching and discipline, as needed, partnering with Human Resources where appropriate.
Monitoring WI’s/SOP’s
Implementing and testing new WI’s/SOP’s to increase productivity
Taking daily attendance
Attending weekly meetings with O.F. Manager to discuss delivery rejections, roots causes, countermeasures, and other relevant matters
Conducting weekly meetings for Leads and Agents
Recordkeeping of Delivery Rejection log, and Daily Performance log
Problem-solving inventory discrepancies
Keeping track of Order Fulfillment inventory
Approving Timecards
Approving / disapproving time off for Leads and Agents
Interviewing potential candidates
Fulfilling Orders
Sending shortage emails to Sales, as needed
Manifesting sales orders of finished goods for delivery, as needed
Creating of compliance labels using POS system, as needed
Applying compliance labels to all products, as needed
Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery, as needed
Delivery schedule
Collaborating with the Logistics Supervisor regarding delivery scheduling
Placing customer orders on schedule based on logistics, on-hand inventory, and customer requests
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Educational background or 1-3 years of experience in Inventory Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Order Fulfillment, or similar
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
Well organized and ability to keep deadlines
Works well with all peers
Effective communication skills
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
Basic Excel, Word, and general compute knowledge

Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
