JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join our Brookeville, PA facility. The Logistics Supervisor ensures timely delivery of customer orders, oversees distribution compliant to state regulations, and initiates rapid response to customer issues and schedule changes.  The Logistics Supervisor will ensure performance targets are achieved and that all distribution and logistics processes are running efficiently. 

CORE JOB DUTIES

Oversee outbound operations, including scheduling/route preparation and customer delivery

Coach and mentor agents and ensure the team is properly trained to adjust to any changes of state laws or Cresco policies

Accurately record and manifest all customer orders upon delivery

Maintain organization of manifest records in accordance with state regulations

Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping guidelines. Enforces adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions

Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training and safety records

Safeguards logistics operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols

Manage logistics and operating costs, drive cost-productivity savings

Initiate corrective actions in response to customer concerns

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

1-3 years’ experience in logistics or inventory management 

Demonstrated experience in either a manufacturing or customer service environment

Knowledge of developing and implementing SOPs

Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience leading or coaching a team, preferred

Experience with inventory control and reporting in a highly regulated industry, preferred

Safety management and surveillance skills, preferred
