JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to support efforts within our California Sales organization. This role will focus on coordinating relationships and building out key accounts throughout California, while also serving as a cross functional liaison across departments.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Maintains, understands, and communicates information, including working knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
Complete all administrative responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner (e.g., preparing reports and correspondence as needed)
Serve as cross functional liaison across departments.
Responsible for research and resolution of customer inquiries and/or complaints and provides appropriate responses including technical and/or product-related information in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain proper records for all reports and ensure they are completed on time.
Assist in developing and distributing all program training materials to field
Closely monitor and track all activations and special events
Understand and ensure compliance of all state rules/regulations
Establish strong working relationships with decision makers, managers, Wellness Advisors within key account list and become a trusted resource and partner.
Coordinate the planning and development of merchandising, menu placement, and visibility strategies
Schedule and assist in the execution of In-Store Activations.
Schedule and assist in execution of consumer events to help drive consumer education and trial of new products.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years’ experience as a field marketing coordinator or similar role
Related industry experience, cannabis industry experience preferred
Local travel to field marketing events as needed, about 10%
Knowledge of cannabis, trends and industry preferred, but will train the right candidate
Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to coordinate efforts with distributor personnel including orders, delivery, and merchandising support
Strong problem solving, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Skilled at multitasking with an ability to meet deadlines
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and provide multiple creative solutions to everyday challenges
