The Creative Operations Manager will support the Cresco Labs Wholesale Brand and Retail marketing-ecosystem by establishing, facilitating, and maintaining workflow and communication between creative, cross functional and brand partners. The role requires experience in understanding marketing needs, stakeholders, deliverables, schedules and managing them thru completion. The work consists of a mix of B2B and B2C including creative, design, and production workflows and timelines, across multiple channels (Digital, Print, Social, Ecomm, Loyalty, In Store Marketing & Branded Communications, Special Projects and Internal Departments).
CORE JOB DUTIES
Management of multiple projects, workflows and timelines with various stakeholders
Ability to understand long term goals of the business while executing on short term deliverables
Prioritize creative resources and requests from multiple stake holders and resolve roadblocks for the team
Develop schedules, workflow and priority plans for marketing projects across all brands and channels
Manage and traffic campaign and creative development including briefing, workflow, creative resourcing
Support the Creative Operations team in the management of relationships with external agencies and creative partners
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in related field
5+ years of hands-on experience within an in-house marketing or creative agency team
Experience using project management tools a plus
Experience working closely with local and remote teams (brand, creative, content and production agencies, etc.) and clients to ensure projects deliverables, goals and needs are met on time and on budget
Experience developing and maintaining project and resource scopes, schedules/timelines, deliverables lists, status reports, and meeting reports.
Comfortable in a collaborative environment with an ability to multi-task on a wide range of projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail
Good negotiation skills with peers and production partners.
Self-starter and able to work in an ambiguous environment
