Cresco Labs is seeking an Edible Production Lead to support our growing team. The Edibles Production Lead supports in overseeing daily edible production operations at the facility level. They help the Edible Production Manager create and maintain a workplace environment that ensures employee safety and performance, product quality, appropriate inventory levels, and upholds thorough adherence of standard operating procedures, work instructions, manufacturing formulas, strong focus on delivering results measured by key performance metrics.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Executing tasks assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor and/or Manager
Measuring, producing, and ensuring quality of our infused products as directed by Kitchen Supervisor and/or Manager.
Maintaining a sanitary work environment
Safely transport products from workspace to storage area
Aid in supervising Edible Production Agents responsible for operational activities
Help in consistently maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment and enforce regulatory requirements
Ensure quality objectives are met including performance of sanitation audits, food safety checks and product quality checks.
Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance
Ensure proper weekly inventory, logging and storage of all materials and production.
Oversee implementation and training for new products, equipment, and personnel.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus
Ability to work in a consistent 65-degree environment
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
