Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Gardener - Fertigation to perform day-to-day fertigation functions according to all policies and procedures.


Supports Sr Technical Garden Manager with all aspects relating to Fertigation

Responsible for accurate measurements, mixing and analysis

Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility

Responsible for the cleanliness of all Tank, Vegetive & Flower Room fertilization equipment and tools

Data entry/Daily Reports

Collects weekly samples of Vegetive and Flower nutrient solutions to help ensure proper fertilization

Responsible for sample testing water, soil, tissue, etc.

Expected to work in cultivation on other tasks if all IPM related work is complete for the day


Experience within a production facility, regulated field highly preferred

Must possess strong mechanical and communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities to the desired skills set

Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task

Ability to sit and prune/deleaf for extended time periods

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment

Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods of times

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred


Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
