The Role 

We are looking for an exceptionally motivated Program Manager for the implementation and rollout of Green Thumb Industries’ ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations) for supply chain operations. Located at our Chicago HQ, this role will be a part of a highly visible, strategic team focused on aligning business objectives with tactical demands. The PM, ERP will be responsible for managing the implementation lifecycle and providing functional expertise in the definition, configuration, development, and deployment of the solution. This role will collaborate with Green Thumb’s MS Dynamics configuration team, solution architect, project managers, and business stakeholders to learn, understand, and ensure that the solution is configured appropriately. We are comprised of multiple sites within multiple states and will need to consider the differences in operations across locations and entities. Responsibilities 

• Lead complex, highly visible ERP initiatives toward achieving critical efficiency with the Green Thumb portfolio

• Provide strategic and thoughtful insight of MS Dynamics functionality and best practices to align with Green Thumb business strategy

• Implement strong end to end program management experience starting from requirements gathering to development and rollout of the Dynamics solution

• Partner closely with the technical configuration team to build the functional design documents (FDD) based on the FRD and collaborate on configuration and development activities

• Work closely with the business stakeholders and the GTI core project team to prepare training documents, test plans, test scripts, and conduct the User Acceptance Test (UAT)

• Participate in training and UAT sessions with the business stakeholders providing guidance and project management for the activities

• Rollout the initial site configuration to GTI’s other site users managing the data conversion needs, user roles and access configuration

• Track project performance and analyze progress of tasks across all participants to accomplish short- and long-term goals

• Communicate regularly on progress of program and project level updates across all stakeholder groups

• Lead program and project reviews with stakeholder and business partners to report on and facilitate conversations regarding KPI status, progress, resources, innovation and risks

• Manage and develop tracking and documentation of strategic projects across a variety of business processes

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge of project management tools and resources

• Understand the rules, laws, compliance and regulatory requirements within the cannabis market to ensure compliance in execution of project planning

Qualifications  

• BA/BS Degree with specialization in computer sciences or equivalent technology

• 5+ years of progressive and in-depth functional experience in MS Dynamics Supply Chain Management solution configuration and maintenance for CPG / Retail industry including manufacturing with quality order

• Strong project management skills and conversant with MS Dynamics functional & technical configuration capabilities of the solution in supply chain modules of Dynamics365 focused on procurement, inventory management, order management, and production planning

• Knowledge of integration methodologies to external systems using SOAP, REST, ODATA, and DIX Framework as well as Azure cloud hosting

• Advanced proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft suite of tools including Excel and PowerPoint

• Proven knowledge of agile, project management and organizational change principles and methodologies

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and work presenting to internal stakeholders

• Strong understanding of CPG retail, wholesale, manufacturing, and related supply chain & finance functions, and processes
