The Inventory Clerk contributes to the success of the company by assisting the Inventory Supervisor with reporting, transports and data entry.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with material counts, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records
Printing of all Bio Track plant and dry inventory tags for the Cultivation department
Ensures rooms are audited and are compliant with DOH regulations
Monthly and yearly inventory audit of all plants in cultivation
Processing all cultivation waste and entering data into proper regulatory software (Bio track)
Collection of all dead plant tags and inserting into Bio Track
Coordinate Bi-weekly inventory audits for mother production with propagation team
Works directly with the Inventory Supervisor to compare inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory
In conjunction with the Inventory Supervisor, prepares reports such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
Ability to utilize Bio Track successfully and accurately and become an expert user
Assist with handling transfers and preparing manifests
Stocks and issues materials or merchandise.
Demonstrates a high level of detail and accuracy in all inventory-related tasks.
Ensures accuracy in labeling and all product information
Acts with integrity and honesty while activity promoting the culture and the values of the company.
Maintains a professional demeanor during periods of high volume or stressful situations while setting a positive example for the team
Interact will all required state regulators in a professional manner
Addressing any inventory issues as they arise
Processing of purchase requisites
May perform duties in cultivation as needed/required

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 1-2 years of training in in similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Internal applicants must be in their current role for a period of 6 or more months for consideration

Capabilities with computer systems, software, and hardware common to laboratories
