Continuum, a Cresco Labs company, is seeking an experienced Transportation Coordinator to support our operations. In this role, you will use your experience in transportation and distribution operations to help ensure that the operations in place are as effective and efficient as possible and to comply with all Company safety procedures and policies.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Prepare Driver paperwork for routes to include sorting, sign offs and related documents.
Prep next day routes and assist with daily routes for deliveries and enter into system(s)
Verify orders going into the truck against the route log and check drivers in and out.
Inputting specific information into each account in Transportation software.
Acting as the readily available point-of-contact for drivers during routes for all potential issues.
Maintaining records of Drivers and Driver routes to include Metric manifests.
Records and maintains all turn time metrics.
Producing and Finalize D.A.R. reports and related documents.
Assist with Fleet duties as needed.
Assisting Operations Management with duties as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Experience working with Delivery Drivers.
Experience with Transportation software, Onfleet, Samsara
Strong attention to detail and ability to take pride in delivering quality service.
Strong customer service and analytical skills
Demonstrated problem solving abilities.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
A self-starter with the ability to perform in dynamic situations.
MS Office, Outlook
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
