Jane Technologies: Account Executive, Brands

Jane Technologies, Inc. is looking for a passionate, personable, creative, and entrepreneurial Account Executive to help grow and shape our burgeoning digital merchandising business. This is a revolutionary new digital marketing solution that allows brands to promote their products on the top of dispensary menus, only when their products are in stock. This program is still in its early stages, so this new hire will play a vital role in crafting what this business unit will look like. 

This will be an outbound sales position, responsible for prospecting and bringing cannabis brands onto the program. When fully scaled up, Account Executives will be expected to manage the full sales cycle for brand partners. This role will be fully remote, but will never operate in a silo. We are a tight knit team with daily stand-ups, and we offer incredible resources, tools, training, and support/coaching as needed.

Responsibilities:


Lead generation, follow up activities, appointment setting and client outreach 

Identify, qualify, and win new business

Identify client needs and develop persuasive sales pitches that align with business requirements

Deliver effective sales presentations

Manage new leads all the way through to on-boarding

Promote and advocate the Jane brand and values

Develop creative solutions to sales challenges

Salesforce database management


Minimum qualifications:


Strong computer skills; experience working in Salesforce.com, Outreach, Vidyard, Jiminny

Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment; ability to work independently

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Proven negotiation and closing proficiency

Excellent communication and follow-up skills

1+ years of experience in advertising sales

Team player and ability to work remotely 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
