The Purchasing ERP Administrator role will be responsible for setup and maintenance of items withing the Microsoft Dynamics F&O system. The position will aid the buying team in the following areas.


Generate part numbers

Perform standard cost assignments and allocations

Maintain part numbers in system and track active vs non-active items

Create bill of materials and update as necessary

Set up new vendors in the system and manage part numbers for vendors

Review invoices and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies

Maintain accurate inventory reports and communicate inventory discrepancies to management

Verify contracts are kept up to date and recorded properly in database

Maintain quantities of materials needed for blanket purchase orders

Review purchase orders for accuracy

Maintain obsolescence reports and update as needed based on product shelf life

Track and meet cost savings targets and evaluate PPV (purchase price variance)


Associate's Degree

3-5 years of experience required

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
