Responsible for directing Irrigation and IPM employees’ daily tasks/job descriptions
Responsible for teaching and training Irrigation and IPM employees on processes and procedures for proper care of facility, equipment, and plants
Partner with Cultivation Manager to assure all grow rooms are kept on their grow schedules
Partner with Cultivation Manager to ensure irrigation/climate/IPM schedules are implemented
Partner with Cultivation Manager with inventory needs
Complete daily walk throughs of all grow rooms to ensure plant health/pest scouting/watering needs/climate needs are addressed and documented on proper forms
Ability to provide strong leadership to address employee concerns and administer disciplinary action if necessary
Follow Standard Operating Procedures
Implement good agricultural practices (GAPs) and follow all GMPs and Facility Rules
Keep good records and follow good documentation practices (GDPs)
Monitor environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, W/M2.
Gather EC, pH and volume data from the irrigation system in the grow rooms
Organize Distribution of biological control agents (BCAs) as needed
Organize foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays
Operate and maintain cultivation systems/equipment
Perform regular audits as required
Coordinate with the weekend irrigation staff to ensure a smooth transition between weekend and weekday irrigation teams.
Perform any other job-related tasks assigned by management
Ensure cultivation operation is fully compliant with state regulations and federal and state law.
Assure that all operations adhere to business and industry license requirements.
Maintain strict inventory records of all plant materials, chemicals and equipment used in the grow and document production by completing forms, reports, logs and records as required.

Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents
Allergen warnings - Potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens.
Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol.
Daily use of provided PPE
Comfortable working in confined spaces at times
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lb
Exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms.
Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels
