Cresco Labs is seeking a Packaging Supervisor who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the packaging/trimming employees, ensure quality control, and drive operational execution. The Supervisor is expected to support the Packaging Manager in overseeing all Trimming/Packaging tasks in a large-scale cannabis production farm. This will be accomplished by ensuring the following roles and responsibilities are executed, with the underlying commitment to our core values and supporting our team.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and support Team Leads and Packaging employees during a fast-paced environment
Implement action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all operations activities and production plans
Ensure the team adheres to all cannabis state-specific rules, regulations and laws.
Experience in conflict resolution within a diverse group of up to 70 employees
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong initiative, along with a strong work ethic and reliability
Keeping equipment and Production infrastructure well maintained
Managing inventory of facility consumables and packaging materials
Check the quality of employees trimming and packaging procedures
Coach, Train and Develop the Packaging team to meet required production numbers
3+ years of experience in supervisory roles in a production setting.
Demonstrated ability of leading teams and driving operational execution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Conflict resolution skills.
Open availability and can work a flexible schedule.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
Knowledge of BiotrackTHC System preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply

The Packaging Supervisor must be able to speak, hear, see, read, write, type, dial, reach, and bend. Sedentary work: standing, walking and sitting for prolonged periods of time – repetitive motion of hands, fingers and wrists. Must be able to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50 lbs. Requires the ability to stand and walk long distances for extended periods of time. Exposure to high/low temperatures.
