The Edibles Production Agent reports to the Edibles Production Manager and is responsible for the daily production of Cresco Labs medically infused edible products. This individual participates with the team of production agents to carry out day-to-day tasks including material prepping, cleaning, production, and operating production equipment. Produce edibles in accordance with the State regulations and GMP standards set forth by Cresco Labs.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the Edibles Manager and team to stay on track of daily production and GMP
Assist with daily production of infused edibles using commercial food manufacturing equipment
Maintain a well-organized raw material and operating supply inventory
Conduct and record shift cleaning and sanitation of production equipment
Document all required key points on each Manufacturing Formula (MF)
Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes, etc.
Adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements while producing edibles
Experience in a field and/or operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures, preferable a regulated or retail field producing products for human consumption
Demonstrate a clear understanding of food manufacturing, confectionery production, HAACP and GMPs
Strong and effective task-management skills and ability to multi-task
Attention to detail – ability to monitor basic production in processes, organize and maintain production logs and ingredient lot numbers
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
Ability to stand for, up to, 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds to torso level as necessary
Must be able to stand, walk, sit; use hands or finger to, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
