The Integrated Pest Management Applicator Technician is responsible for executing the implementation of the integrated pest management programs in the field, greenhouses, and other controlled environments. This team will apply pesticides as needed by the IPM program as well as implement other practices to mitigate plant pests and pathogens; apply new pest elimination tools and capture devices as needed to sustain and improve pest management.


Responsible for the execution of the IPM program as assigned by IPM staff

Responsible for inspection, identification and management of pests/pathogens in greenhouse and outdoor growing areas or controlled environments

Assists in the operation and maintenance of all agricultural equipment related to Integrated Pest


Assist in the improvement of existing pest control programs to reduce overall plant damage and disposals

Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required

Moving plants in an orderly, time efficient manner from one area of the cultivation facility to another

Moving soil/coco for transplanting plants

Bucking wet or dry plants after harvest

Spray plants with fertilizer; watering scouts for pest 

Identify fungus bacterial and mold on plant

Facility Cleaning:

Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste.

Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment


Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task

High School Diploma (preferred)

Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods

2+ years’ experience in agriculture (preferred)

Working knowledge of agricultural practices, irrigation and greenhouse systems


Must be 21 years of age or older to apply

Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry

Must pass a medical evaluation & able to pass a fit-test

Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit

Required to wear a full respiratory mask, while spraying fertilizer

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment

Ability to work Sunday – Thursday schedule as needed
