Fulfillment Specialist - Select

Select’s mission is to be the leading provider of cannabis oil to both consumers and premium edible brands in legal U.S. and international markets. Job Responsibilities:• Work safely in every case and promote safety at every interaction • Operate as part of a team and perform assigned duties in assigned team and in production• Able to grasp and understand the processes of fulfillment and software programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. (required) Experience in METRC or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred. • Demonstrate strong communication skills with the customers, Fulfillment Manager and other team members • Follow the company policies and procedures pertaining to the fulfillment team and the company• Work on the fulfillment team at startup, shutdown, and revisions of all the orders (...to pick, manifest, track, verify, and schedule orders for delivery. To intake product from Production and maintain accurate records and compliant storage of back stock inventory).• Lead by setting a good example (role model)• Assist with problem solving, Quarterly inventory audits and fostering teamwork• Work on developing better procedures and methods to improve safety, quality, and costs• Report for work on all assigned work days and report on time with a positive attendance record• Complete all trainings on time• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:• Adhere to accuracy of order fulfillment• Knowledge of the fulfillment and know how to troubleshoot common inaccuracies• Good mathematical ability• Solid communication skills• Willingness to work as part of a team• Demonstrate initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness• Flexible to work in other areas as assigned• Observe all company policies• Complete tasks and assignments in a timely manner

Environment:• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, push and pull
