We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support our team in our western downtown Chicago corporate office. You will maintain Curaleaf’s offices by organizing office operations and procedures; welcoming guests to our offices, assisting with visitors,  maintaining our filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions, luncheons, coordination of additional activities as needed, along with daily assistance: FedEx, UPS and USPS mailings. This individual will also provide support to our HR Team and act as an additional HR team member as needed. Ultimately, the HR Coordinator should be able to ensure the smooth running of the facility administration and help to improve Curaleaf’s procedures and day-to-day operation.


General administrative duties within an open office environment

Work on general and special projects for the management team

Provide widespread support to visitors including escort as required

Answer all incoming general phone calls and route accordingly

Provide administrative support and help throughout the organization as needed

Mail, filing systems, ordering office equipment/supplies

Maintain employee information/lists/calendars

Scheduling and coordinating meetings/appointments and conference calls

Recording notes and meeting minutes as needed

Crafting and sending out facility-wide electronic notices

Update and/or enforce and maintain general office procedures

Responsible for petty cash transactions

Maintain the travel calendar for security, cultivation, manufacturing, and supply chain staff that will regularly travel

Provide general notice communication to various departments.

Coordinates and supports various employee engagement events

Maintains a pleasant disposition when greeting visitors, guests, and members of the Curaleaf team

Plan events for the facility

Gathering and shipping production materials, collateral, packaging, etc.

Assist with all HR-related tasks

Onboarding process for new hires, preparing for official orientation, employee PTO & attendance tracking, set up space and equipment for new hires

Data entry/data management

Prepare meeting materials and assist with the development of PowerPoint, Adobe, and Microsoft Word presentations

Work on general and special projects for the management team

Coordinate travel arrangements

Assist in planning in-house and off-site events

Ensure Kitchenette and Breakroom supplies are stocked

Perform all other duties as assigned


High School education (college preferred)

Proven 3-5 years of administrative experience

Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

Expert knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. printers, multi-line phone system)

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational planning skills in a fast-paced environment

A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Must be a self-starter and work independently. Must manage own time effectively

Must be at least 21 years of age

Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations

Good at creative problem solving

Ability to juggle multiple priorities at one time
