Jane Technologies- Brand Success Representative
Jane Technologies, Inc. is looking for an exceptional Brand Success Representative who embraces best-in-class customer service, problem solving, and technology. This individual will onboard cannabis brand partners and train them on the tools and features available within our internal brand content portal. They will also facilitate with the implementation of product content changes and updates made in the brand portal and assist brands with any questions and support they may need while navigating our internal tools.
The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, project management, tech support, data cleansing and auditing, and/or consulting. We are looking for an individual who is extremely detail oriented, highly organized, and can establish and execute expectations and follow through on project timelines. Every brand listed on I Heart Jane is unique and it is the responsibility of the Brand Success Representative to ensure each brand we partner with is represented on our platform with the most accurate and robust information available.
The Brand Success Representative will liaise between our cannabis brand partners and Jane’s Content team to ensure we’re not only collecting and displaying their precise content on our platform, but also verifying that our brands teams are proficient in using our internal tooling solution.

Onboard and train new brand partners onto our platform
Provide ongoing support for daily questions and needs
Obtain feedback and suggestions for product improvement to bring to our development team
Communicate new feature releases and implement best practices
Build trusting relationships with our brand partners
Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive revenue
Promote and advocate the Jane brand and values
Desired Background & Requirements:
Strong computer skills; experience working in Salesforce.com
Ability to multitask and set priorities in a fast-paced environment; ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven negotiation and closing proficiency
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
A minimum of two (2) years working in a similar/related role for a technology-based firm
An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a field of business or communication
